1990 - Sept. 5, 2008: Joshua Cameron, 18, was tragically taken from this life in San Francisco.

Joshua was a fun-loving, even-spirited young man who enjoyed sports and the strategic challenge of chess. He grew up in an environment of love and care. He was very much loved by his family, but God loved him most. He will surely be missed.

Joshua leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Jan Brown Cameron of Richmond; father Doug Cameron (Joan Wilson-Mix) of San Francisco; sister Jaylani Roberts; brother Dein Burns of Hawaii; grandmothers Elma Burlingame of San Francisco and Olga Beatrice Brown of Oakland; aunt Diane Black of Vallejo; uncle, Albert Brown; nephew Malachi Salaam; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services were held Saturday, Sept. 13 at Third Baptist Church in San Francisco.
